Leave a Bequest
Including Macquarie Home Stay in your Will is a lasting way to be remembered and goes entirely to the work of supporting patients and their families during times of uncertainty and poor health. It can really help change the lives of those we help. We appreciate that planning who and how you leave your estate is not an easy decision, and we would be most humbled should you choose to include us in your will.
A donation to us presently can go straight into the building fund, as we continue our efforts to provide more accommodation. Perhaps you may have a preference on where the donation be invested, and we welcome that also. If you may be considering the gifting of items or assets, please talk to us beforehand to discuss how we might be able to use these gifts.
The donation through your will is a way to see your estate make a lasting contribution which will benefit so many from regional NSW for the years ahead.
If you have included Macquarie Home Stay or are planning to do so in your will, please share these plans with us. Perhaps we can discuss how your donation might be acknowledged and share with you our appreciation of your most wonderful gift. All such discussions are strictly confidential.
How to leave a Bequest
While we recommend discussing with your legal representative, leaving a bequest is as simple as including a section in your Will along the lines of:
I give Macquarie Home Stay Limited (ABN 69 608 408 091):
- 1. The rest and residue of my Estate; or
- 2. ____ percent of my Estate; or
- 3. ____ percent of the residue of my Estate; or
- 4. The sum of $________
free of all duties and testamentary expenses for its general purposes and I direct that the receipt of that organisation shall be sufficient discharge to my executors for this bequest.
