### Guest services officer - Administration ###

Macquarie Home Stay provides accommodation for the people of rural NSW who have travelled to Dubbo for medical treatment. Completion of our new guesthouse is approaching, meaning our guest services team will be supporting even more patients and their families. 

About you:

The person for this role will be a strong and effective communicator, have strong business administration experience, exhibit a welcoming persona to everyone they engage with, have a naturally flexible, collaborative approach with a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to  use initiative that supports our guests and compliments our purpose.

About the role:

Our guest services team supports new and existing guests with their booking needs while ensuring guests and their families have the best experience with us as they navigate their health journey. The team coordinates completion of Iptaas forms with patients and their medical team, works with the spectrum of medical staff from across western NSW in support of patients, provides site tours to new guests and supports the general administration needs of the business. This is a full time Monday to Friday role.

Essential criteria:

Be process driven – have an excellent work ethic and thrive on attention to detail 

Work independently while being part of a larger group dynamic. 

Highly proficient across the microsoft and G suite of programs  

Well organised, able to plan ahead and yet be flexible as circumstances change 

High level emotional intelligence  

Proficient in current administration systems

Other skills that would support the role include prior motel type experience, an understanding of basic accounts and canva.
